Speed
For many individuals, the one aspect that determines their status as an athlete is speed. The good news is speed is a skill, and like any skill speed can be taught.
Every aspect of running mechanics will be taught and reinforced at every training session. Improving running mechanics is the single quickest way to improve speed. While poor running mechanics may not appear to effect the young athlete in recreational leagues, it will begin to limit progress as the athletes moves through the various school levels of competition.
Though all athletes cannot be Olympic caliber sprinters, every athlete possesses the ability to become faster.
