All Sports Speed and Agility Camps
Two weeks (10 Sessions) $120
Train for free (6 Session minimum)
Refer two people and if they sign up for at least 6 sessions of training you get 6 sessions for free.
Free sessions will be done during the summer mouths.
One On One Training ($35 Session)
6 sessions
12 sessions (receive 10% off future training)
18 sessions (receive 15% off future training)
Partner Training ( 2 Athletes)
6 sessions $25 a session/ per person
12 sessions $20 a session/per person
18 sessions $15 a session/per person
(Athletes must be from same sport or want same type of training).
Group Training
3-6 Athletes $20 a session/per athlete
7-11 Athletes $15 a session/per athlete
12-15 Athletes $10 a session/per athlete
12/18/24 sessions (Athletes must be from same sport or want same type of training. Organizer of group will receive $100 off training package).
Family Plan (6 Session minimum)
1st child pays regular price in full
2nd child is $10 a session
3rd child is free

Warming up is critical to performance and injury prevention.
Come and learn the Active Dynamic Warm-up techniques being used by elite College and Pro athletes around the country.
These techniques are so powerful they are also used as fitness developers and assessment tools.
If your not using these Game Time Speed Warm-Up techniques in your game plan, then your not totally ready!
