Power/Strength
Strength is different than power. Strength is how much you can bench press (Absolute Strength) and Power is Strength in action (Dynamic Strength). Dynamic Strength is the strength which is used on the playing field and is the most important for athletes.
When strength training is comined with with flexibility and plyometric program, tremendous gains can be made in developing speed and power!
Game Time Speed uses Specfic Speed Drills, Strength Curcuits, Medicine Ball Drills, Resistance Drills and Plyometrics to help the athlete improve in these areas.
