Game Time Speed camps are Athletic Performance Enhancement camps for athletes ages 8-13 years old who compete in any sport.  This camp is designed to help give you the tools you'll need to improve your athleticism.  
 
While must sport camps concentrate on the skills of the sport and drills with little explosive movement and speed, our camps concentrate on skills of the body.  You will learn the art of Deceleration.  Deceleration training is one of the most importat aspects of being agile but is also the most over looked skill when it comes to training.  Athletes that can decelerate the fastest usually make the most plays.  Learning how to decelerate, stabilize, change direction and accelerate will help you out perform the competition every time.
 
The workouts will include exercises and drills that help improve the major components of speed and agility development; technique, acceleration, flexibility, quickness, power, strength, and mental focus.
 
A key principle to our camp is simple; you must train fast to play fast.
