Agility/Reaction

Agility and reaction are extremely important aspects that all good athletes need to possess.  Most sports plays are made with in a 5-10 yard zone and not getting to the point of play before your competiton can mean the difference between a win and a loss.  You must be able to react to many different stimuli, such as your opponent, the ball, a sound, sight, and movement.


At game Time Speed we use many different drills and equipment to help improve your agility and reaction times.

One piece of equipment that is used and is a favorite among the athletes is the speed ladder.  The speed ladder helps build ankle and knee stability, develops quick feet and improves coordination.
